Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bithan P.S. Case No.128 of 2016 under Sections 25(1-B)A and 26 of the Arms Act. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 24.3.2017 with an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining seven months in custody.

Mr. Abhimanyu Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 31.10.2016. The petitioner has already remained in custody for about a year. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
