Petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 22.08.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37848 of 2017 in connection with Sessions Trial No. 224/2017, arising out of Town P.S. Case No. 430/2016, G.R. No. 2615/2016, pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-VI, Madhubani, whereby and whereunder while granting bail one of the condition was that "one of the bailors would be close relative of the petitioner having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned police station/court, who will file an affidavit stating his relationship with the petitioner". He submits that the place of residence of the petitioner is Maharashtra and he has no relative having sufficient immovable property within Madhubani Town police station, hence, he seeks modification of the said order.
