The petitioner seeks regular bail in Gaighat P.S.Case No.266 of 2012 under Sections 304B and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The deceased was earlier married to the elder brother of the petitioner and on the death of his brother, the petitioner married the lady. It was only after five months of marriage, the lady is said to have been killed because the demand for dowry was not fulfilled by the informant who happened to be the father of the deceased.

The submission is that the allegations were false and that the petitioner is in custody since 31.12.2014. I have gone through the rejection order and I find that the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur who passed the

No.14699 of 2015 (3) dt.29-07-2015 same has referred to many paragraphs of the case diary at page-3 of the impugned order and has cited substantial materials indicating the complicity of the petitioner, considering which, the prayer is dismissed in connection with the above noted case.
