The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 457, 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is alleged to have entered in the house of the informant and tried to tease the informant. Petitioner is in jail since 11.03.2015. Petitioner has already remained in jail for 5 1⁄2 months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Ladaniya P.S.
