One loaded country-made pistol is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 04-06-2015.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of two cases but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the present case is nothing but only high handedness of the police. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner
