This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Majhaulia P.S.Case No.194 of 2017 , registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of dowry death. The petitioner happens to be husband.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no such occurrence has been caused by the petitioner and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and the informant others have participated in cremation also. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42365 of 2017 (2) dt.13-09-2017 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that death is within seven years of marriage as well as there was demand of dowry and cruelty. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
