The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant Md. Kaisar Ansari with Garasa on his head. One corresponding injury was found, but the opinion of the aforesaid injury was not given. There is case and counter case. The petitioner also received injury on account of assault made by the side of the informant. The petitioner is in jail since 27.06.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
