The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Unknown miscreants robbed the motor cycle of the informant when the informant reached at railway crossing. Chandan Jha pointed a pistol and another accused who was the pillion rider, snatched the motor cycle and fled away. It is submitted that the motor cycle was recovered from the darwaza of common house of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 23.01.2015 i.e. for about seven months but he has not been put on T.I. parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner

No.35776 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2015 above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S.
