The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 210 of 2017 dated 30.07.2017 instituted for the offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

On secret information that some miscreants have assembled at a place for committing crime, a raid was conducted near Sheojee Chowk. Four accused persons namely Ravi Kumar, Ritik Kumar, Suraj Kumar and Roshan Kumar were apprehended and all of them disclosed that they are engaged in the act of committing theft of motorcycle. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that co-accused Roshan Kumar who was arrested in the first instance, has been granted bail.

The petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2017 and he does not have any criminal antecedent. Taking into account the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Sub-Judge, XIII, Patna in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 210 of 2017.
