The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Pirpainti PS Case No. 158 of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 323, 504, 307, 379 and 427 of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59453 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 the Indian Penal Code and later on under Sections 147, 148, 323, 447, 308, 325 and 504 IPC.
Allegation is that two street dogs were fighting in front of the door of the informant, cousin brother of the informant drove away the dogs from there whereupon the accused persons started assaulting him. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against the accused persons. It is a matter of case and counter-case from the both sides.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let the petitioners above-named be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XI, Bhagalpur, in connection with Pirpainti PS Case No. 158 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
