Patna High Court CWJC No.16109 of 2019(2) dt.14-08-2019 2/2 Dearness Allowance and the salary deposited in the General Provident Fund account of the petitioners in accordance with "Essential Deposit Plan" along with statutory interest which has not been paid to the petitioners although the same amount was deducted from the salary of the petitioners and the petitioners have also retired from service.
Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioners, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the respondent no.3 for redressal of their aforesaid grievances by filing an appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no.3 shall pass final order within a period of eight weeks thereafter and the admitted dues shall be paid within a further period of six weeks thereof. The present writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
