Petitioner is named in the first information report but there is omnibus allegation against him that he along with others assaulted the deceased with fists and slaps and so far as specific allegation of pressing the neck of the deceased is concerned, the same is against co-accused, Gulabuddin.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
