Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Tarapur P.S. Case No.42 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 498-A Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act pending in the Court of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger.

Prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail was earlier rejected by this Court by order dated 20.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.4412 of 2017. Petitioner was directed to surrender in the Court below, but he has not surrendered till date and has filed this second anticipatory bail application.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57876 of 2018 (2) dt.26-09-2018 2/2 In such circumstances, this Court does not find any fresh ground to entertain this second anticipatory bail application. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
