The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 504, 506, 328, 511 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 2.
Learned counsel for the parties jointly submits that the matter referred for mediation and the mediation was successful as the dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party No. 2. stand resolved who are husband and wife. 3.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57500 of 2023(6) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 opposite party No. 2 submits that he has instructions to make submission not to oppose the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party No.2, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 325 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Guddu/- U T
