Writ application stands disposed of in view of the statement made by the Counsel representing Bihar State Power Holding Corporation that post retirement dues and claims of the petitioner has been settled, except the issue of some clarification on the pay scale and pension. The process is going on for the same. Bihar State Power Holding Corporation will resolve that issue also within a reasonable time.
