Petitioner is accused in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 171 of 2016 registered under Sections 47, 49, 50 (gh) 57 and 60 of the Bihar Excise Act.

5 liters of country-made liquor was recovered from the motorcycle of this petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2016 and he has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
