The petitioner is languishing in jail since 11.05.2015 in a case instituted under Sections 379 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, it is a case of theft of two bags and one mobile of the informant It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2015. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering with the evidence against the petitioner. The only material against the petitioner is the confessional statement of the co-accused. Petitioner has not been

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in course of the investigation. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Sangeeta Rani, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna in connection with Jakkanpur P.S.Case No.162 of 2015.
