JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-08-2019 The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for confirmation of his services and grant of consequential benefits.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the services of the persons belonging to the same batch appointed in the Bihar Education Service Class II, have been confirmed ignoring the case of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid grievance, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the Director, Administrationcum- Additional Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar to take appropriate decision with regard to the claim of
