Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is a juvenile.

In such circumstance, the petitioner is granted liberty to file an appropriate application before the competent court who shall ascertain the age of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application stands disposed of in connection with Mahila (Araria) P.S. Case
