====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 403 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections-387, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioner is with regard to him being engaged in disturbing the process of tender, which was going to be opened at the electricity office as well as terrorizing other contractors.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and neither any incriminating weapons or articles have been recovered from possession of the petitioner nor there is any evidence against the petitioner, so as to implicate him in the alleged occurrence.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the present

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45576 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 case, I deem it fit and appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Manish Kumar-II, learned A.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 403 of 2017.
