JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have produced a forged letter on the letter pad of the Minister before the informant and demanded heavy money from him in the name of the Minister. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, and also taking note of this fact that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S.Case No. 149 of 2015.
