The petitioners seek bail in a case under Section 438 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are not named in the FIR. The names of the petitioners figured in the case in confessional statement of one Vinod Mistry @ Vinod Kumar, a co-accused in the case. The said Vinod Mistry @ Vinod Kumar has been enlarged on bail by order dated 15.6.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No.18648 of 2015.

Considering the facts that the names of the petitioners figured in the confessional statement of a co-accused, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions
