The only dispute in the present writ application is whether the petitioner has joined on 06.09.2018 and 07.09.2018. According to the petitioner, pursuant to order of promotion, as contained in Memo No. 3276 dated 28.08.2018, the petitioner submitted his joining in the forenoon of 06.09.2018, but the Block Education Officer, Sahdei Bujurg, Vaishali in letter bearing Memo no. 772 dated 11.09.2018 has mentioned date of joining of the petitioner as 07.09.2018. Considering the aforesaid dispute, the respondents are

Patna High Court CWJC No.16390 of 2019(2) dt.14-08-2019 2/2 hereby directed to verify the record, particularly, with reference to Annexure-2 and take appropriate decision with regard to the date of joining of the petitioner, as the date of joining has relevance in the matter of granting consequential benefits. Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondent the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Vaishali at Hajipur within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
