2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 171 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have taken the deceased on a motorcycle and has killed the deceased.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case on mere suspicion. The petitioner has no concern with the deceased and has no role in the alleged crime. The petitioner is in jail since 14.02.2023.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59686 of 2023(3) dt.08-11-2023 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the serious allegation levelled against the petitioner and the materials available on record, this application is dismissed.
7. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial.
