One stolen mobile set is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner but learned counsel for the petitioner points out that according to the first information report no mobile set has been snatched and moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent nor he has been put on TIP. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S.Case No. 205 of 2014.
