JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have given Dabiya blow causing injury on right parietal area of injured Bibi Nasrin Khatun but Annexure-2 to the petition goes to show that the aforesaid injury was caused by hard and blunt substance and was found simple in nature.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jogbani (Bathnaha) P.S.Case No. 114 of 2016.
