The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named the petitioner and other accused persons and alleged that his daughter was kidnapped by Tanveer and others. The petitioner threatened that her son-in-law is residing in Kashmir and she will face consequences. The petitioner is a lady and she is in jail since 15.04.2015. The victim has already been recovered.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
