The petitioners have filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 12.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73157 of 2022.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66102 of 2023(2) dt.13-10-2023 2/3 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that Petitioner Meera Devi was earlier granted provisional bail vide order dated 1.5.2023 for a period of two months and Petitioner Sharvanand Yadav was also granted provisional bail on 16.5.2023 till 3.7.2023.

On 12.7.2023, the matter was listed before this Court and their provisional bail was confirmed but due to inadvertence, in spite of confirming their provisional bail, they were again granted regular bail and the order has been wrongly typed in last para As:

"Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as custody of the petitioners, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 470 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions JudgeVII, Bhojpur at Ara." Accordingly, the order dated 12.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72427 of 2022 is modified to the extent that the above sentences written in the last paragraph of the order be deleted and the same be read as :

"Having heard the case on merit, the provisional bail granted to petitioner Meera Devi (Cr. Misc. No. 72427 of 2022)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66102 of 2023(2) dt.13-10-2023 3/3 vide order dated 1.5.2023 and provisional bail granted to petitioner Sharvanand Yadav (Cr. Misc. No. 73157 of 2022) vide order dated 16.05.2023 is hereby confirmed. The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
