JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No.3558 of 2012 corresponding to Tr. No.4160 of 2013/3775 of 2014 in which cognizance has been taken under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. It has been contended that marriage of the complainant took place in the year, 1999 and out of the said wedlock the couple has been blessed with three kids. There is no truth behind the allegation of dowry or harassment as made in the complaint petition.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41485 of 2014 (2) dt.27-03-2015 2/2 complainant vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the petitioner has deserted the complainant without any rhyme or reason.

Be that as it may, regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No.3558 of 2012 corresponding to Tr. No.4160 of 2013/3775 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
