The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bajpat P.S. Case No. 126 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 354, 379 and 447 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been alleged by the informant, Bindeshwar Rai that on the alleged date and time of occurrence, the accused persons including the petitioner made house trespass and then search out his nephew Shivji Rai Rai, who was assaulted by the co-accused Kailash with axe causing injury thereupon followed by assault with iron rod by Ramji Rai. His nephew's wife Rina Devi was assaulted by Ram Kripal Rai with garasa over her and

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted injured Rina Devi and the injury has been found to be grievous in nature. Petitioner is in custody since 31.05.2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the other coaccused have been granted bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.45419 of 2018 and order dated 06.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.60368 of 2018. He further submits that the charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioner. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Pupari, Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S.
