Pradhan, appearing on behalf of the Opposite Party No. 2 and learned A.P.P. for the State. Without going into the merit of the case, the learned District and Sessions Judge, Lakhisarai vide order dated 08.07.2015 passed in B. P. No. 375/2015 has observed that the petitioner could renew his prayer for bail after two months of the order.
