In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 38 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 302/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per allegation one Kunal Yadav and Rohit Yadav called the husband of the Informant in the name of joining for feast of Khichari, she also followed her husband, as they reached near South Bind Tola, the accused persons surrounded the husband of the Informant and resorted to indiscriminate firing.

Against the petitioner, the allegation has been made to have caused injury on the head and other accused

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56582 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 persons have resorted to firing.

There being specific allegation against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.
