JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-09-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No. 154 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Mr. Ankit Raj, learned counsel for the informant, on instruction submits that all the witnesses including the Investigating Officer and the doctor have been examined in the trial and the trial is on the verge of completion.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62634 of 2024(2) dt.04-09-2024 2/2 petitioner that the prosecution is delaying the argument in the case.

5. The trial Judge will not adjourn the case unnecessarily as the petitioner is in custody.

6. In these circumstances, this application is dismissed.
