The petitioner seeks bail in Sadar P.S. Case No. 268/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was apprehended by the villagers while he was fleeing away after committing theft of stabilizer. The petitioner remained in jail for three months. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 268/2015.
