The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Terhagachh P.S. Case No. 33 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant and the petitioner are co-villagers and there was ongoing land dispute between the parties.
