Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 54 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that merely on confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing incriminating articles has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59764 of 2018(2) dt.31-10-2018 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Rajepur P.S.
