JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 20-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned counsel for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 96 of 2014 registered under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The whole thrust of allegation against Sunil Kumar and petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from today in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 96 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. m.p.
