Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases and there is specific allegation against him that on phone, he demanded extortion money from the informant and, therefore, I am not inclined to release him on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Buxar (M) P.S. Case no. 268/2014 stands rejected. However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail. Let a copy of this order be sent to Superintendent of Police, Buxar with direction to him to ensure presence of remaining prosecution witnesses of Buxar (M) P.S. Case no. 268/2014 before the court of Sri Vikas Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, court no.2,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36839 of 2015 (4) dt.08-12-2015 Buxar within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
