2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Banjariya P.S. Case No. 303 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 87, 303(2), 35 of the BNS and under Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have abducted the minor victim girl.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 18.6.2025.

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent as the victim girl, being rebuked by her mother for not doing the household works,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56849 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/2 had left the house on her own.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO Act, East Champaran at Motihari/concerned Court below in connection with Banjariya P.S. Case No. 303 of 2025.
