The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Three persons were going on a motor cycle but after seeing the police they have fled away leaving the motor cycle on the spot.

It is submitted that petitioner was pillion rider and he has no knowledge that the motor cycle was theft one. Other two persons have already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 20.04.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, Biharsharif in Bihar P.S.
