The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Pakarridayal P.S. Case No.44 of 2016 registered under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and the fact that name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation and the police may require his custodial interrogation, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
