The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. One Wazir Ahmad Khan was apprehended and from his possession looted articles were recovered. Wazir Ahmad Khan, who was apprehended by the police, disclosed the name of the petitioner but the petitioner has not been put in T. I. Parade although he is in jail since 08.04.2015 and except the confession no material is collected against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36174 of 2015 (2) dt.24-08-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.
