Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47 (A) of the Excise Act. 30 bottles each containing 300 ml. Nepali liquor are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 5.8.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Majorganj P.S. Case no. 212/2016 subject to condition that one of the sureties must be local and holder of the landed property.
