The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 365 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the daughter of informant had gone to her school and thereafter she became traceless. The petitioner and other ten persons have been made accused in this case. The police investigated the case and submitted final form. On protest, the court has taken cognizance and refused to grant anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that out of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59878 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 ten accused persons, seven accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Sitamarhi in connection with Case No.C-1/1537/16, arising out of Batnaha P.S. Case No.13 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
