There is allegation against this petitioner that he caught hold the injured and thereafter, other accused gave twice Fasuli blows to him causing injuries to the informant. Considering the nature of allegation, levelled against the petitioner as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 3 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Virendra Kumar Choubey, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Muzaffarpur.
