This is an application for bail in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S.Case No. 167 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the victim girl.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that victim girl has married the petitioner but accused person has taken her to his house and they are not producing the victim girl before court for which he has filed a Criminal Writ petition before this Court in which notice has been issued to the respondent. Heard learned APP also.

No.34073 of 2017 (3) dt.31-07-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with a direction to the court below that once Cr.Writ is disposed of by this Court, on application for bail filed by the petitioner, he will dispose of the same considering the direction of this Court.
