The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 212, 214, 384 of the Indian Penal Code and section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act. The petitioner along with other accused persons was apprehended on the allegation that they were members of the banned organization. Only one mobile was recovered from possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 18.06.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37291 of 2015 (2) dt.25-08-2015 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 94 of 2015.
