JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 25.2 liters country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 03.07.2016 and it has specifically been pleaded at para-11 of the petition that charge sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S.Case No. 309 of 2016.
