ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 04.05.2019 in connection with Dharhara P.S. Case No. 104 of 2019 (G. R. No. 1130 of 2019) registered for the offence under Sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire family members have been implicated in connection with the present case as they were not yielding to the pressure of the informant side for withdrawing Dharhara P.S. Case No. 353 of 2018 which had been lodged by the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a lady and the allegation against her is of having attacked with a brick. There is family dispute between the parties since long and there is no eye witness or any

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Dharhara P.S.
