The petitioner seeks bail in Chandi P.S. Case No. 69/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 366 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner kidnapped the victim but the victim made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. She disclosed that she voluntarily went along with the petitioner to Dehradun and they stayed there for eight months. The doctor examined the victim and assessed her age to be 15-17 years. The victim appears to be a consenting party. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 69/2014.
